Ca20

CALCIUM
face-centered cubic

soft gray alkaline earth metal

5th most abundant element by mass in the earth's crust
5th most dissolved ion in seawater

essential for living organisms, in cell physiology, it is the most abundant metal mass in many animals: some animals have it in more abundance than others (I will add one of my x-rays to this post when I return home, if it will photograph, and y'all can see some of my internal calcium)
