*weight room, ES workout...could tell early on it was going to be a "weak no energy" day. think I may be fighting something off - or working on the next batch of stones (the left kidney pain suggests stones, the dripping nose and sore throat suggest I've caught Rob's head cold)
*1/2 hr cardio on ice, it's exceedingly difficult to skate post weight room
*nap
*grueling 4m run. absolutely grueling...definitely sick. It took me 40 min. and my whole body felt like lead.
note: do not eat sushi and then run.
