apres-ski = went for a 4mile run, felt so good I went 5, was going to do 6 because the cold wind felt so good on my face and neck I wanted to stay outside all day, but all I could think about was peanut butter. I then realized that I had not had lunch or anything to drink since 10:30 this morning so I went home.
