missing summer. missing my daily combo of run, bike, swim (guess I can add it back in, but it's not quite the same)
morning run, 40 minutes
bootcamp
evening run, 30 minutes
evening yoga, 90 minutes: pretty sure I'm not going to be able to walk tomorrow, might have pushed this one too hard. focus = splits. wow. not as flexible as I used to be. not even close.

Come do yoga with me. I'm pretty sure I'll make you feel pretty flexible since right now, on a good day, I can barely touch my toes.
