Random thoughts I had today on the power of humility:

permitting and accepting the process of meek submission to the vulnerable within us = mastery

humility empowers as it allows :
1- recognizing weaknesses with an openness and willingness to be exposed to them
2- being teachable with an optimism of soul to believe that more is obtainable
3- accepting the process to train that weakness into strength through patience and perseverance

humble submissiveness brings wisdom - always look deeply for what can be learned from every individual and every situation

Listening, looking...making adjustments

humility is a calmness and patience, a sanctifying grace within that allows innocence and faith: freedom to become

pride, headstrong unyielding stubbornness, being opinionated = inflexibility = immovable

inflexibility = restrains our forward development.

stagnant water and corpses: if we cease the process of continual learning we lose expansion. expansion of mind. expansion of body. both expansion as it pertains to amplification of what already exists and in purpose of increase and evolution of being.

The inert has purpose, to feed the animated. If we cease in development we become corpse-like, food for worms. Stagnant, immobile, idle, sterile minds and bodies that are rigid, inflexible, breathless.
