an accounting of crazy

After six miserable weeks of stone clogged ureters, I'm getting back into the swing of things.

workout 1
4:45 wake up, and I think "yeah! it's my day to sleep in", which I do, rolling outta bed at 5:33.
Now I'm late. We don't get to Steiner until almost 6:30, gasp!

Somehow I muddled through a pre bootcamp warm up, which basically consisted of running circles around the ice. Bootcamp consisted of a pathetically implemented half hearted 2 circuit BLAST.

Nap time. Sort of, it would have been nice. It was a nice idea.

I had to shower (shower #1) and head over to the Veterans Day program at Carden. "Flanders Field" and poppies, and I was all warmed up with gratitude and patriotism.

workout 2
Tommy's Masters at the Tennis Club. The best thing I can say about my swimming is that they haven't had to call 911, yet. It was technique day, thus, cancel this as a workout and count it as that morning nap I didn't get :).

Note: When getting out of the pool is more painful than getting in = 52º
Today we were at 35º

shower #2

workout 3
nice little run. 4m, 35min. I am being careful as I enter back into running, very careful, on knee and kidneys. Object of being careful = no blood in the urine.

shower #3 is scheduled next, but with such a quick short run I think I may hop onto the spin bike for a few mintues or do some yoga...it's one of those or do laundry. well, now, that's a no brainer.
