I learned to look at hands, which I'd never looked at before...and I learned also that shadows are not black but coloured

the accounting:

25th: Thanksgiving Day
6m run on the treadmill

26th:
bc, weight room, 6m run

27th:
Mr. Brewer and I did a workout we've dubbed "the weapon" which includes Turkish get-ups and a set of 15 sprints x2 (Dee was pressed for time so we did one set of sprints which was plenty of running on that blasted concrete)
weight room
10min. elliptical - I was so bored I got off to run
another 30min. of running the concrete (but only because I was waiting at Steiner for the girls to finish off ice)
6m run

I think I should add decorating for Christmas because it has been the most exhausting part of the entire week.

The bootcampers need to come up with a winter solution for running. The concrete is claiming body parts. We may have to hit the treadmills.

and now, a fireside yoga to stretch out the week.

It has felt like a "rest week" with no swimming, no yoga, and no long runs.
