kinda want to get on the spin bike, but I think I've had enough cardio for one day...ahhh, that means one thing: evening yoga.
Mel, where do you practice yoga? When? All the classes I seem to be interested in are for 90min right in the middle of the post-school pre-dinner chaos?...or Sunday morning

Last winter I did some at sports mall. Usually Wednesday morning at 6:15 - but that class is only 45 minutes - not quite long enough. I need to pick up a new schedule. OR I've been doing the P90X yoga video at home. (90 minutes)
