For Kristin and Mark
Before Hannah Montana there was Donnie and Marie! Remember when Friday nights were this good? Josh and I had a great time watching some of the old clips tonight..."Good night everybody!"
How come I never watched this growing up? I remember things like Love Boat, Fantasy Island and Dallas, those were watched with my mom. I did watch Dukes of Hazard and there are re-runs of that on. Oh and the Andy Griffith show, Brady Bunch, Gilligans island, Starsky and Hutch, and Chips. They have DUMB shows now for my kids to watch. ha ha
I remember those days. I never missed an episode. I adore the Osmond family.
While visiting in Branson several years ago, Wayne came up to me with a big hug and my baby boy Steven who was only 3 at the time was tugging on my shirt tail and asked "does he know you mommy?" Wayne just smiled and said "of course I know your mommy". They always made everyone feel like a part of their already large family. Of all the treasures in life, my favorites are the memories.
